"Why do you have different pricing on your site, eBay, Mercari, and other places your products are sold?"
We make our products for people to enjoy them, because of this we try to keep our prices low enough for us to continue making products, and for our customers to continue enjoying them.
Pricing will vary by point of purchase for a few different reasons:
- Fees: Fees to sell on each platform vary. To compensate for those fees, pricing for retailers will vary. Platforms with higher fees, will have higher priced products.
- Sales and Coupons: We are always willing to work with our customers, and that includes offering coupon codes for those who ask, or people who are signed up for our email list. We will also run Sales from time to time. If you purchase something and we run a sale within 30 days of your purchase, just reach out to us and we will refund you the difference.
- Offers: On platforms like eBay and Mercari, customers can make offers. For returning customers, or customers who are willing to buy multiple products, we have no problem bundling Items together causing prices of items to be lower for each product.
- Slow Moving Items: Sometimes Items don't sell as much as we anticipated, so after a while, the price of that item may be reduced in order to alleviate us of that inventory.
As you can see from the information above, prices varying is not something personal, but just an effort on our part to remain operable and to be able to provide products for customers to enjoy. If at any point you are unhappy with the price you have paid for anything, please remember that we do have a return policy - and at any time you can reach out to us so we can make things right.
